Robert, a born and bred Londoner who has been working in the online industry since 2009. After studying Politics at Leeds University, Robert moved into the online space. Starting in the world of retention before finding the real excitement in the world of online marketing. He heads up the ever-growing Red Interactive team as Managing Director.

Responsible for the day to day running of the team, campaign initiatives, business development, and making sure there is enough caffeine available to go around. Robert still finds the time to swim 80 lengths a day in the pool and devotedly supports Arsenal, watching every game they play.

Greatest talent: his ability to hoover down a bag of Haribo and leaving no sweet behind.

Andreas, our Office Coordinator, came from Greece in 2011. He has studied classic, ancient and modern Greek literature. The first place he visited in UK was Brighton, where he got his first job, as a Greek language tutor. He joined Red Interactive in 2019 and manages all the needs of the team, from invoicing to managing the support inbox.

He loves travelling and exploring the UK and has so far visited several places in between Isle of Wight to Orkney Islands. In his free time, he enjoys trying new cafes or restaurants (although his biggest love will always be Nando’s) and of course following his favourite football club and instant love Brighton and Hove Albion.

He loves playing PlayStation, cooking and a bit of gardening.

Greatest talent: green fingers! By experimenting managed to transform his messy Landlord’s garden into a decent one.

1 Week after finishing her degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a single suitcase and a strong mindset, she made the move to London to follow her dreams. She has been working in the gambling industry since 2019 and joined the Affiliate Marketing team in 2023.

In her spare time, she keeps busy creating art, writing, travelling, and spending time with her friends.

Greatest talent: She dominates over 10 different types of art, culinary and sculpture art are her favourites.

Born and raised in Kent, Ryan studied Marketing at Southampton Solent University. Post graduating, his first role was marketing some of the UKs biggest sports and music festivals.

Over 10 years, he’s promoted the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Florence + The Machine, Stormzy and Jamiroquai. An opportunity then led him to the world of affiliate marketing in his role at Red Interactive as Affiliate Marketing Manager acquiring new clients and growing business with current partners.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys keeping tabs on Red’s Fantasy football league, watching West Ham and gets on his bike most weekends for a long ride.

Greatest talent: Can’t say no to a sporting challenge.

Born and raised in South London, Raine graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a degree in Photography and Video Art. Starting off her career in the Customer Service space, Raine honed her skills in administration and organisation and made her way to Red Interactive where she has continued to be an organisation wizz assisting the team.

She lives for her yearly trip with friends to Ibiza and loves spending time with her beautifully bazar Boston Terrier named Buggy. She is possibly one of UberEATS and Deliveroo’s biggest customers.

Greatest talent: Eating 12 Krispy Kremes in under an hour as a dare!

Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Otavio joined the Red Interactive team in 2017 as an Affiliate Marketing Manager looking after our LATAM partners. He is now one of our Team Leads focusing on getting the best out of his team.

Otavio started his career at the University of Advertising and Marketing in Sao Paulo, graduating with an MBA in Sports Marketing. He spent six years developing his skills further at large scale companies in Brazil, specialising in direct marketing and loyalty programmes, working across global FMCG and retail brands.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager Team Lead for the LATAM and ROW partners, Otavio speaks both Spanish, Portuguese and English. With a passion for sports, he is in good company to support this region! In his spare time, Otavio likes to play sports, run a couple of marathons (why not) and watch (a lot) of football.

Greatest talent: making green juice.

Born in England, Jason moved to Spain with his family where he spent his childhood and teenage years until returning to the UK to study Languages and Marketing at the University of Kent.

Jason has put his language skills to good use and worked as an International Sales Coordinator prior to joining the team at Red Interactive in 2018 as an Affiliate Marketing Executive. Working his way up, he now enjoys his role as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, taking care of LATAM and English speaking countries with everything he’s got!

In his spare time, Jason loves playing golf and watches endless amounts of history documentaries. He also strangely supported Manchester city since childhood.

Greatest talent: he puts on the greatest air guitar show you’ll ever see.

Tarin was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She studied Public Relations specialising in Events Management and Communication. She started her professional life working in the property industry and then took on the e-commerce sector with an online-fashion retailer before finding her way to Red Interactive in London.

Tarin joins the HR team, using her organisation and administrative skills to ensure everyone gets paid on time. There are no two days alike in Human Resources so multi-tasking and attention to detail is just another day in the office.

In her spare time, she loves running, long walks in nature, finding the best shopping deal and travelling to new places around the world.

Greatest talent: wearing something pink every day.

Born and raised in Johannesburg, Lance started working straight out of High School. his first role was packaging shelves at a coffee company & after 6 years he was the head of Partnership & distributors for Southern Africa working with the biggest brands globally.

Over 6 years, he is worked with the likes of The Apple, Coca-Cola, Pfizer and Nestle. An opportunity then led him and affiliate marketing in his role at Red Interactive as Affiliate Marketing Executive.

You can either find Lance at music festivals or relaxing in the park. It’s all about balance.

Greatest talent: Ability to recite all the words to Kanye West’s “Gold digger”.

Born in the tropical and multi-cultural country of Malaysia. Nicholas moved to the United Kingdom with his parents in 2012, where he then completed High school and his College studies in the small town of Witham.

Nicholas has had a love for art and design since he was a child, he was inspired by an old British programme “Art Attack” which made him want to be a designer when he grew up. With a focus on art and design, he graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising from the University of Bedfordshire.

Nicholas joins the Web Design and Development team, to continue his amazing art and design journey. He is eager to learn more about coding and development and with talented developers on the team he can easily upskill himself. He aims to not only be a graphic designer but a web developer as well. In his spare time, Nicholas likes to spend time with his cats, he also likes to travel.

Greatest talent: Can make 2 cats purr at the same time.

Andrew has been in the online industry since 2005, spending the first 7 years in the retention space, and the rest in online marketing.

In his role as Head of Marketing, he uses his holistic knowledge and experience to provide direction and guidance to his team, and ensure that they are delivering the best results for all our affiliates.

On a personal front, he is an avid weather watcher and storm chaser. His dream is to chase tornados with the pros in the USA!

Greatest talent: Being able to sweet talk Excel into doing just what he wants, but admits it is a symbiotic relationship.

Born in Cape Town, Jason’s parents suddenly had an epiphany that the weather in England is far better and relocated a mini Jason to London. Jason has since spent most of his life in London and graduated from the University of Nottingham, with a degree in Business Management.

This is Jason’s first job since graduating from university in 2018, and he has moved up from an Affiliate Marketing Executive to now being an Affiliate Marketing Manager working with English speaking countries with all his knowledge gained since starting at Red Interactive.

On the weekends, Jason ‘va va vooms’ (in all weathers) across the country to support his beloved Arsenal. Jason loves to travel, and regularly returns to his native land of Africa.

Greatest talent: naturally poses in any picture, at any time.

Natalia was born in Russia St Petersburg. Her personality and vision has been shaped by a love of rich history, beautiful architecture as well as self-discipline in practising rhythmic gymnastics and acrobatics for over 13 years.

She received her degree at the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering as well as Interior Design. After years of working as a civil engineer and an interior & furniture designer she wanted to spread her wings even further. She completed an MBA in Marketing at Coventry University in the UK and later moved to London to start working at Red Interactive in 2018.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Red Interactive she works mainly with our CIS market she combines her previous experiences, work ethic, determination and competitiveness.

Natalia loves snowboarding and long runs. She’s also obsessed with audio books and reading.

Greatest Talent: challenge junkie so she learns something new, all the time.

Originally born in Hong Kong, Jeffrey moved to England with his sister in 2010 and spent his teenage years in the beautiful countryside of Surrey. He graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Management.

Jeffrey developed a general interest in marketing and started his career as a market research assistant before joining the Red Interactive team in 2020. As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, his main responsibility is to liaise with the team and learn different aspects of the business to become an amazing Affiliate Marketing Manager.

In his spare time, Jeffrey loves travelling around the world or returning to Hong Kong to visit his family and friends. As an Arsenal fan before moving to England, you will find him watching football every weekend.

Greatest talent: don’t underestimate his power of devouring a tub of ice cream in one sitting.

Born and raised in the picturesque city of Padua, Italy. Elena followed her heart, with her love for Art and Design and decided to study Art.

Elena moved to London in 2015, in search of new adventure and new opportunities. She worked in the Design industry for many years as a Graphic Designer before deciding to expand her skills and learn coding at the Makers Academy in London. She later found the perfect opportunity at Red Interactive to stay creative as a designer and grow in her developer skills in their Web Design and Development team.

In her spare time, Elena loves time outdoors hiking, visiting museums and travelling to new places around the world.

Greatest talent: Learning something new everyday.

Originally from the capital of New Zealand, Conor studied with a focus in Software Development at the Wellington Institute of Technology. With the constant influx of Lord of the Rings fans becoming too much, Conor uprooted and found himself in London.

Conor joins the Web Design and Development team, utilising his passion for web design and development to produce top notch designs and develop websites to the highest standard.

He can be described in two words; cars and coding. He loves all things to do with cars. In his words “there’s nothing that gets the blood pumping like hearing a naturally aspirated V12 roar past you”. Coming in second after cars, Conor lives and breathes code. Front end and back end.

Greatest talent: being able to work on a V10 engine on his M5.

Born and raised in beautiful Romania, Sorina studied Marketing and started her professional life working in advertising.

After a few years, an opportunity led her to London where she completed a Masters in Public Administration. She fell madly in love with the vibrant city and the British culture and decided to stick around some more! Driven by passion for sports, she landed a Content Editor role in a top sports betting company, before joining the Red Interactive team in 2018, becoming an Affiliate Marketing Manager.

She has spent the last 7 years in the gambling industry specializing in sports betting, casino and poker and developing a flare for affiliate management. With an easy to go attitude and her bubbly social skills, she is always available for her affiliated partners and ready to raise the bar on any collaboration.

Sorina is a proud mum of one and she’s also a very keen concert goer. Sometimes, she mixes the two. She’s also passionate about independent movies, outdoor walks and loves a fresh gin & tonic at the end of a busy week (cucumber, not lime).

Greatest talent: coffee reading.

Originally from Madrid, Spain, Jesus moved to London in 2018 for a new adventure. After a few years working in hospitality, he then shifted to customer service in the gambling industry. With his wide-ranging experience and skills, he joined the Red Interactive team as Affiliate Marketing Assistant in early 2023. He will support the team and go the extra mile to ensure success.

Jesus loves travelling, discovering architecture, ancient history, and new exotic cuisines. An adventurer at heart, he enjoys exploring new destinations and learning from other cultures. He has a passion for food and loves learning new recipes, he also enjoys listening to Spanish rap battles.

Greatest talent: Being able to assemble any kind of furniture without instructions. #DIY.

Virmante was born in Kedainiai, Lithuania; the land of the storks and green landscapes. Virmante decided to experience life in the city and be closer to friends so she made her way to London in 2019.

Virmante joins our office support team taking care of all the office needs.

In her spare time she enjoys a glass of vodka and red bull, relaxing on the beach and hairdressing.
